Coating

  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Integral for flavor and crust texture.
  • 1 cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs or Panko Provides the delightful crunch.
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder Infuses the chicken with aroma.
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper Enhances flavors.
  • to taste Chopped Fresh Parsley or Red Pepper Flakes For garnish and added flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Pat the chicken pieces dry with a paper towel.
  • Lightly season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until you have a thick paste.
  • Generously coat each piece of chicken with the mayo-Parmesan mixture.
  • Press the coated chicken pieces into the breadcrumbs, ensuring an even crust.

Cooking

  • Place the coated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown with an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes

For best results, ensure the chicken is dry before coating and do not overcrowd the air fryer.
