Preparation

  • Gather all the ingredients. Ensure the cheese tortellini are fully cooked, drained, and cooled. Slice the salami into halves or quarters if needed, and drain the canned artichokes. Wash the basil leaves and pat them dry gently.

Assembly

  • Take a skewer and begin layering the ingredients. Start with a mozzarella ball, followed by a basil leaf, then a cheese tortellini.
  • Continue layering with a quartered artichoke heart, a slice of salami, a cherry tomato, and finish with a black olive on top.
  • Repeat until all ingredients are used.

Marinate (optional)

  • Drizzle Italian dressing over the skewers and let them marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
