  • Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and carefully peel it. Cut it into dice-sized pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine your diced tomatoes, avocado, and red onion.
  • Add the minced garlic, chopped parsley, and oregano. Stir gently to incorporate.
  • Drizzle the olive oil and white vinegar over the mixture. Fold everything together delicately.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to your liking.
  • Add the crumbled feta cheese. Give your salsa one last gentle fold and serve.
