Bowls

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice Serves as the perfect base.
  • 1 cup shredded purple cabbage Adds texture and visual appeal.

  • 1 avocado sliced Provides richness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, season the salmon cubes with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Press each salmon cube firmly into the panko breadcrumbs until fully coated. Lightly spray or drizzle with olive oil.

Cooking

  • Place the salmon bites on a baking sheet and bake for 12–14 minutes, or air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Look for a golden brown color and crispy texture.

Sauce Preparation

  • In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and honey (if using).
  • Taste and adjust the spice level as desired.

Assembly

  • Start with a base of fluffy jasmine rice. Top with the crispy salmon bites, shredded cabbage, and carrots.
  • Add avocado slices, drizzle with the Bang Bang sauce, and finish with green onions and cilantro.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds for garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

For a lower-carb option, substitute jasmine rice with cauliflower rice. Experiment with different vegetables in the bowl for added nutrition.
