Preparation

  • Add honey or maple syrup to taste, starting with a teaspoon.
  • Season with salt and pepper, starting with a pinch of each.
  • If desired, add minced garlic and Dijon mustard.
  • Whisk or shake the mixture until well combined.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or savoriness as needed.

Notes

Store leftover dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake well before using. Avoid skipping the taste test to ensure proper seasoning.
