Preparation

  • Pat the AAA grass-fed top sirloin steak pieces dry with a paper towel and season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Cooking

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Once the oil is shimmering, add the seasoned steak bites and sear them for about 3-4 minutes, flipping halfway for even cooking.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the beef bone broth, scraping any brown bits from the bottom of the pan to add depth to your sauce.
  • Follow with heavy cream and mix well.
  • Stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, allowing the mixture to simmer for about 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  • Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the grass-fed butter until melted and combined.
  • Transfer the garlic butter steak bites to a serving dish and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

Notes
