Preparation

  • Start by ensuring your cream cheese is softened to room temperature.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and unsalted butter. Beat them together using an electric mixer until fluffy and fully blended.
  • Gradually add the packed light brown sugar and powdered sugar to the bowl, continuing to beat until well incorporated.
  • Add the creamy peanut butter and mix until fully integrated.
  • Gently fold in the semi-sweet mini chocolate chips and chopped Reese's peanut butter cups using a spatula.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • After chilling, stir the dip before serving. Scoop it into a serving bowl and garnish as desired.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature to prevent lumps. Consider adding a pinch of salt or vanilla for enhanced flavor. Great with dippers like fruits, cookies, or pretzels.
