  • Salt and pepper To taste, for enhancing flavors.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish generously.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese and eggs until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in the mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and most of the turkey pepperoni.
  • Pour the cheesy mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Scatter the reserved turkey pepperoni on top.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and set in the center.
  • Let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use full-fat cottage cheese for creaminess. Remember to grease the baking dish and let it cool before slicing.
