  • 1 pack Oreo cookies Approx. 14 cookies, rich and chocolatey
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Creamy and tangy
  • 12 oz candy melts (pink, red, white) Vibrant colors for coating
  • 1 cup Valentine's sprinkles or decorations For a romantic finish
  • 12 pieces lollipop sticks Sturdy supports for the pops
  • 1 sheet parchment paper To prevent sticking

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely crumbled.
  • In a bowl, mix the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until a thick dough forms.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and chill in the freezer for about 15 minutes.

Coating

  • Melt the candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  • Dip one end of each lollipop stick into the melted candy, then insert it into each Oreo ball.
  • Dip each Oreo pop into the melted candy coating and allow excess to drip off.
  • Sprinkle Valentine's decorations over the wet coating.
  • Set the decorated pops on parchment paper and let them set for 15-20 minutes at room temperature or 5-10 minutes in the fridge.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is well-softened for easy mixing. Let melted candy cool slightly before dipping to avoid runoff.
